JK Co Lab is a collaboration between Perth educators, Jaye Christie and Katrina Bell - two compassionate, skilled and dedicated high school teachers, qualified coach practitioners, and parents of teens. With over 40 years of combined experience, they bring a warm, caring presence, and a deep insight into what young people need to feel grounded, self-assured, and ready to grow. 

At the heart of their work is a simple belief: every learner deserves to feel seen, supported, and celebrated. 

Through JK Co Lab, Katrina and Jaye design programs that nurture curiosity, build self belief, and help students understand themselves as learners. Their approach is inclusive and grounded in evidence based practices that honour the diverse ways young people develop and learn.
